Selling With Us

To sell with us, we will start by valuing your item. You can either book a valuation appointment online HERE, or drop into one of our valuations events.

Once your item(s) has been valued and you’re happy to go forward to auction, we will take high quality photographs together with accurate and precise descriptions of your item to upload onto the catalogue. These will then be advertised on four worldwide medias:

1. Our website
2. Easy Live Auction
3. The Saleroom

We'll also be promoting our catalogue and upcoming sales daily on our social media accounts.

Before the sale catalogue goes live, we will send you a presale advice, via email or post. This will include information on the lot(s) numbers of your items, as well as how you can follow the sale on the day.

We offer an 20.4% inclusive of VAT commission single fee that covers everything. This includes photography, advertising, online presence, administration, and insurance. There’s no minimum lot fee, and there’s no cataloguing fee. 

In case of lot(s) withdrawal once the catalogue is live a charge of 20.4% including VAT of the lower estimate will be charged.

The day after the sale, you will receive a post sale advice via email (or 2 days after the sale by post if email is not provided). This will include details on how your item(s) have done in the sale, whether they’re sold or unsold, and what hammer prices have been achieved.

You’ll be paid out the final hammer price, minus the commission fee, directly into your bank account. This will be no later than 28 days after the sale. Please note that this will be arranged once the buyer has fully paid for the lot.

What if my lot/lots don't sell?

If the original estimate of a lot was £30-£50 or lower they will not be re-listed but if original estimate was higher than £30-50 then the estimate will be reduced 20-25% and will be re-listed in our next auction.

Unsold lots can be collected by appointment only using our appointment page HERE, unsold lots need to be collected within 5 working days following a Live Auction (unless prior arrangements have been made) or will be subject to a storage fee of £5 per lot per day.
