A late Victorian brass bound carved hardwood Ship`s cruising Tiller from the Cutter Yacht "Eileen" built 1897, with carved knot terminal, the hardwood tiller measures 146cm long

Provenance: Eileen was built 1897, purchased in 1912 by Alfred Couchope Adams she went ashore on a part of Goodwin Sands during Ramsgate and Deal regatta 23 July 1914, a salvage crew rescued this Tiller on 24th July 1914.
