Milne (Alan Alexander) The Christopher Robin Verses, 1st edition 1932, published by Methuen & Co Ltd, signed by the author with an eight line verse "Whoever else curses - The Sight of these same old Christopher Robin verses, The Author of them indubitably blesses - The forethought which has insisted that they shall be V.S's - Gratefully he turns incense - To the devoted wife who has made them Vincent's - And by her loyalty - Has ensured him another one and sixpence royalty - A.A. Milne", edition page and preface have brown stain, light staining to end papers and edges of paper This book comes from the direct descendants of Vincent Seligman's family, Vincent Julian Seligman was a descendant of a German Jewish mercantile family that emigrated to the USA and London in the 19th century. Vincent’s father ran the London bank Seligman Brothers; his mother came from an artistic and musical family (and had an affair with Puccini). Vincent Seligman and Milne became lifelong friends although it is uncertain how and where they first met, and along with Vincent's wife Barbara, became close. In 1923 Seligman dedicated his book, Oxford Oddities, to A.A. Milne and, soon after the publication of the Pooh books, Milne gave prototypes of Pooh and Piglet soft toys to Barbara.

A 19th Century Kangxi style Chinese Wucai large baluster jar and cover decorated with an interior scene showing a seated Lady with attendants, two bearing fans, she watches a group of musicians and dancers., the entire with trees, foliage, flower and motifs, the cover decorated with boys amongst bamboo, approx 54cm high a/f
A mid 17th Century stumpwork and needlework panel, profusely decorated with a central figure of a Lady [Henrietta Maria] wearing a cape and gloved hands standing in a landscape, the upper section with clouds, birds, insect, butterfly, ladybird, foliage, the mid section with Church, two large flowers including a Tulip and rockery; the lower section with a recumbant Lion, large flowers, butterfly, fish pond, catepillar, a Chalice with tarnished gold thread and a leopard., the panel approx 31 x 38cm, framed and glazed [1] Note: this panel is full of decorative devices rich with symbolism in particular the lion and leopard represent England with the caterpillar and butterfly being associated with Charles I.
A mid Victorian 18ct gold enamel and pearl mourning brooch, with antique fitted case. The light blue enamel ribbon with scroll detail and split pearl accents, suspending a similarly design drop with woven hair panel to reverse, approx length 55mm, assessed as 18ct gold, approx gross weight 10.0 grams, together with fitted antique case.
A Rare Vintage Omega 18ct gold Ultra Thin "Scarface" La Magique Mystery wristwatch circa 1980s. The dial with gilt hourly applied marker, gilt Roman numerals at three, six and nine o clock, gilt hands, the dial is signed Omega Swiss Made, approx case dimensions 34mm by 28mm, approx 2.5mm thick, case back with swiss control marks for 18ct yellow gold, the watch is on leather strap and Omega buckle (stamped 750 Omega symbol and number 11), quartz movement, we can not guarantee the working order or accuracy of any watch sold, approx gross weight 27.0mm, no box or papers present.

A late 19th century Kutch silver christening mug by Oomersee Mawjee / Oomersi Mawji of Bhuj, the mug of cylindrical form with three horizontal bands of repousse decorated and chased foliate scrolls, the central band further decorated with a hunting scene and shield cartouche engraved "VIVIENNE IRIS", bamboo style handle, the base stamped "OM" and "BHUJ", height 9.5cm, 6.28ozt, 195.3 grams (1)
A cased Queen Victoria gold sovereign specimen set, comprising an 1887 five pound coin, an 1887 two pound coin, an 1887 sovereign, and an 1887 half sovereign
A Royal Worcester hand painted fruit study pot pourri, the gilt and ivory ground pierced cover with knop finial, the lobed body decorated with four panels of fallen fruit of apples, grapes, pears, blackberries and a cherry, signed P. Platt, shape no. H175, black printed marks, height 11cm (1)

A 19th century yellow metal (tests as 18ct gold) multi-gem and enamel pendant, with fitted case. The black and white enamel openwork scroll design pendant, set with a principal cushion-shaped mixed-cut tourmaline (measuring approx 18.31 by 14.64mm, depth 9.85mm), flanked to each side by cushion-shaped mixed cut aquamarines and further gemstones to include chrysoberyl, topaz, garnet, amethyst and further gemstones, pendant unmarked assessed as 18ct yellow gold, inner silk lining to case unmarked, approx dimensions of pendant: length 94mm, width 57mm, approx gross weight 35.67 grams, overall condition very good, located chip to one area of the enamel work, minor nibbles and small chips visible to some gemstones, in keeping with age.
